TWISTER FAI
Our Twister tunnels use high-velocity air jets to rapidly lower temperatures by circulating air over the top and bottom of the product for efficient, even freezing.
They feature three distinct zones: one for deep-freezing, another for glazing, and a final one for sub-cooling.
The Twister is designed to handle a wide variety of products, optimizing output while guaranteeing even freezing.
ZONE TWISTER
This area is equipped with an isolation cell to maintain a low-temperature atmosphere.
This zone is equipped with powerful fans with strong air jets, enabling IQF products to be frozen rapidly.
The air in this zone is at a very low temperature of -28C to -40°C.
GLAZING ZONES
The unit is designed to be self-contained and can be integrated into existing processes with ease.
Glazing is the process by which a glazed surface is formed.

- Nozzle spraying

The operator operates the ramps according to the required rate of required glazing rate.
ZONE UNDER COOLING
This zone is equipped with an isolation cell to maintain a low-temperature atmosphere, thanks to an air recirculation system comprising fans and evaporators. The air in this zone is at a constant negative temperature (-28°C to -40°C).
