WHO WE ARE
Company history
Founded in 1990 in Nantes, France Agro Industries (FAI) was born of the shared vision of experienced engineers who wanted to revolutionize the agri-food industry.
Specialized in the principle of heat transfer between water and products by trickling for freezing, cooking, cooling and defrosting. FAI Engineering has developed patented technologies in collaboration with partners such as fishing and livestock groups in Madagascar.
Over the years, FAI Engineering has extended its expertise, producing over 50 commercialized freezing tunnels and more than 50 defrosting/cooking lines in operation, with capacities ranging from 300 kg to 7 tons per hour.
