FAI CDD LINES
Our patented CDD defrosting lines, with capacities of up to 7,000 kg/h, are designed for core defrosting with perfect homogeneity and no product deterioration thanks to the trickling process.
This process successively destructures blocks weighing from 2 to 20 kg, then defrosts them.
Depending on the product, defrosting is progressive. There are 3 defrosting modes: immersion, steam and trickling.
THAWING ZONE
All our bins are made of 316L stainless steel.
FAI defrosting takes place in three stages at different temperatures to obtain a better quality defrosted product.
Destructuring: to melt the ice layer and individualize products
Defrosting: transforms the frozen product to a positive temperature
Homogenization: to standardize product temperature
We have 3 defrosting modes: trickling, immersion and steam.
